Anime Conventions involve a lot of walking, taking photos of your favorite cosplays, dances, and staying up late for certain panels. If not taking proper care of yourself that can really take a toll on your body which means your body needs food, water, and proper rest. I make sure to eat balanced meals and staying hydrated the three days that I am at a convention, but in between meals I like to snack. If I don’t snack I get very hangry and you wouldn’t like me when I’m hangry. I try to go for a healthy snacks like trail mix, granola bars, protein bars, and tuna kits. I find that when I eat a healthy snack in between meals I’m less hungry and I have more energy to TURN UP!!!!
