I seriously love old school anime. I am a 90’s baby and old school anime just makes me feel so happy. Don’t get me wrong, I love some newer anime too, but something about old school anime leaves a special place in my heart. I recently finished watching Fushigi Yuugi and I must say it was a classic. I laughed, cried, and got pumped watching the fighting scenes. And yes this series has romance in it, but I like to think there is a happy medium in the show. The series has 52 episodes and every episode is worth watching. If you already seen the anime, or you are feeling nostalgic check it out. Youtube has all the episodes subbed and dubbed as well as the ovas.

Yasss. Don’t get me wrong there are some new anime that is good and some new anime that I would like to check out, but old school anime will always be dear to my heart.

Fushigi Yuugi was also one of the first anime I watched. I remember having a huge crush on Hotohori. 😄
